1What we collect
- Request form. Your name, a contact (Telegram handle, e-mail or phone), the topic you chose and anything you write about your task.
- Technical data. The page the request was sent from, the language of the site, the referring page and UTM parameters in the address — so we know which campaign a request came from.
- Server logs. The IP address of a request to the form endpoint, kept only to limit abuse (at most five requests per address per ten minutes). The site sets no analytics cookies of its own; the one cookie it writes (
NEXT_LOCALE) remembers the language you chose.
2Why we use it
- To answer your request and discuss a project, AI model access or NLS customisation with you.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring requests.
- To keep the form from being flooded by scripts.
3Where it goes
A request is delivered to our team as a message in a private Telegram chat and is handled by the people who answer requests. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
4How long we keep it
Requests are kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract with you requires a longer term. Server logs for rate limiting are kept in memory only and are gone when the server restarts.
5Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data about you we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to info@nlscrm.com — we answer within a reasonable time.
6Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed; the current version is always the one published on this page.
